Coronavirus statement...

Here at Three Counties Firewood we are taking the Coronavirus very seriously and we are following guidelines set out by the Government.

Taking care of our staff and customers is our priority and we plan to do this whilst continuing with deliveries.

To date none of our staff have shown symptoms of the virus but should this change we will keep our customers informed.

To ensure our staff and customers stay as safe as possible we are taking the following precautionary measures:

• Any member of staff with a cough and/or temperature will self-isolate.
• Any staff member that has had contact with anyone with the Coronavirus will self-isolate.
• We are carrying out regular cleaning to keep our vehicles and shared workspaces as clean as possible.
  

Log Deliveries:

• If you are self-isolating please let us know of any delivery requirements you need, we can stack logs for you, the location of where you would like your firewood stacked should be provided when you order, this is to minimise contact when we are delivering.
• During this period we will not be accepting cash payments, this is to help minimise contact between staff and customers. We would urge to pay via BACS as this is normally our preferred method of payment.
• We may have to postpone orders at very short notice.
